Sailing in a Concierge cabin on a Disney Cruise was on our bucket list for a long time, and we finally got a chance to cross it off.
The Disney Cruise Line is renowned for its attention to detail and commitment to creating unforgettable moments for its guests. The Concierge level takes this commitment to the next level, offering an unparalleled level of luxury and service.
One of the perks you get when sailing in a Concierge cabin is access to the exclusive lounge. In this post, we’ll take you on a virtual journey to discover enchantment that await you in Disney Dream Concierge lounge.

Concierge Lounge Overview & Location
The lounge is located on Deck 12, Forward, right in the middle of the Concierge section.
You will need your Key to the World card to access it.
The lounge is small, and, while it may not have windows to the outside world, it offers a warm and inviting ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, with several tables featuring comfy chairs where you can kick back and relax.
Here you will also find a buffet and drink station where culinary delights are offered throughout the day. Plus, there’s a specialty coffee machine, perfect for a caffeine fix or a delightful cup of hot cocoa.
One of the hallmarks of the Concierge Lounge experience is the personalized service you’ll receive from the dedicated concierge team. These attentive professionals are there to cater to your every need, from booking specialty dining reservations to arranging special surprises for celebrations, ensuring your cruise experience is nothing short of magical.
Lounge Hours of Operation
The lounge is open from 7 am to 10 pm.
The daily offerings are as follows:
- Continental breakfast: 7 am to 10.30 am (except for debarkation morning when it is served from 6.30 am to 8.30 am)
- Lunch snacks: 11 am to 2 pm
- Afternoon offerings: 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm
- Dinner snacks: 5 pm to 8.30 pm
- Dessert offerings: 9 pm to 10 pm
Lounge Food & Beverage Offerings
You can drop by the lounge whenever you like for some delicious treats.
The portions of food in the lounge may be on the smaller side, but they aren’t intended to replace full meals. For those hearty feasts, the fabulous onboard restaurants have you covered (see our post about Disney Dream dining here).
I must admit that I’m not entirely sure about the specific afternoon offerings in the lounge. We were so caught up in the excitement of trying out various food options both on the ship and during shore excursions that we never quite made it to the lounge in the afternoons.
But here is what you can expect in the morning and evening:
Breakfast
Yogurt, muesli, fruit, cold cuts & cheese, smoked salmon, mini donuts, and pastries.
Dinner Snacks
Charcuterie, salad, assorted breads (like garlic knots and cherry tomato focaccia), fruit, ahi tuna.
Desserts
Mini desserts, candy, chocolate-covered marshmallows, rice crispy treats.
Beverages
Water, soft drinks, and specialty coffee are always available.
But the real magic happens from 5 pm to 10 pm when a premium complementary bar opens its doors. Alongside a choice of wine and beer, there’s an array of premium liquors on offer. What’s more, the skilled bartenders are ready to craft any cocktail you desire. Ever heard of a chocolate-covered strawberry martini? I hadn’t either until I ventured into this delightful lounge.
