Club Lounge at Loews Royal Pacific Resort | Universal Orlando
Is the lounge access at Universal’s Loews Royal Pacific Resort worth the extra cost? Here is our experience.
Loews Royal Pacific Resort is a tropical paradise-inspired Premier resort located on Universal Orlando property.
Stay at this resort comes with such perks as Unlimited Express Pass, early theme park admission, priority restaurant seating, free resort transportation, and more.
The room rates usually start around $350, although, you can find rates as low as $250 during the off-peak season. Club level rooms will cost you about $100 extra a night.

Royal Club Lounge Overview
Club level rooms, along with the lounge, are located on the 7th floor of the resort. You will need to tap your room key to the pad in the elevator in order to access the floor.
The Royal Club lounge is open from 7 am to 9.30 pm.
Service hours are as follows:
- Breakfast 7 am to 10 am
- Afternoon snacks 12 pm to 3 pm
- Royal Relaxation (light dinner & drinks) 5 pm to 7 pm
- Something Sweet (dessert service) 8 pm to 9 pm
The lounge attendants are happy to assist with all your vacation needs.
Lounge Seating
The lounge has plenty of seating options available: from high-top tables to couches.
We never had a problem finding seating at the lounge. If it ever gets busy though, the advantage of the lounge being on the same floor as the club level rooms is that you can always grab a few items and bring them to your room. This is also great for when the kids are exhausted from spending the whole day at the parks and just don’t want to leave the room!
Breakfast
The Royal Club lounge is offering a continental breakfast.
The choices include oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, donuts (Krispy Kreme, yum!), and, of course, coffee and orange juice.
Dinner
The dinner menu is posted daily so you know what to expect. Some of the options are:
- Hummus with veggies & pita bread
- Pork Bah Mi Buns
- Turkey & cheese sandwiches
- Meat & cheese box
- Hoisin chicken bao buns
The dinner items are conveniently pre-packaged for easy grab-and-go.
Drinks & Snacks
Full-size water bottles and soda cans are available all day long.
During the dinner service, you have a choice of beer and wine (see the picture below).
Afternoon snacks are mainly individual bags of chips.
As for dessert, it is usually cookies and cupcakes or brownies.
Final Thoughts
We loved having access to the lounge. It was so easy to swing by to get breakfast, or a snack, or a bottle of water before heading to the parks. Dinner was great too: delicious and just the right size. And the lounge staff was just lovely. Super friendly and helpful.
In our opinion, the lounge access is worth the additional cost, especially, for a family of four.
